Enthusiasm in a dickie-bow; move quick, dart, scurry, talk fast; question, but don’t wait for the answer; Mr. Organiser, Mr. Get-it-done, Mr. Poetry. We have to admire his energy, his way of pulling even the reluctant along with him. He doesn’t hear ‘No’, so he acts on ‘Yes’.

Bow-tie! Probably some 19th Century leftover that the Irish never left go of! I've never seen this man wearing anything else... oops, no. I'm wrong. Once, I saw him wearing a cravat!
