Get down to business. Her notebook dictates everything. She carries the details of every meeting, decision, idea, and thought we’ve all had. She knows what everybody should do and never tires of telling us. Not sensitive to nuances. They’re not written in the book, so they don’t exist.

now THIS is a person that needs to loosen up a bit! This was great. That was so much better than using the word rigid or unyielding ... your description explained exactly why ... "they don't exist". Of course. Great stuff.
